Richard has enjoyed a diverse 40 year career which included achieving the rank of US Army Reserve Colonel. He served approximately 30 years as a Construction Project Manager and most recently as Director of Facilities Management and a Utility Plant in a major hospital in the Kansas City area. Richard began his career by earning a BSME and an MSME. In addition to his stateside project experience, Richard has served in numerous overseas assignments.

Bob has 38+ years in contingency recruiting placing Industrial Sales Professionals throughout the manufacturing and process equipment industry in North America and Europe.
His knowledge of corporate structures from the C-Level and below allowed him to successfully navigate a client base from small emerging companies to long time members of the Fortune 500.
Jason Berry - Director of Regulatory Compliance

Jason enlisted in the United States Army Reserve in 2000 and continues to serve as a Senior Mobility Warrant Officer. As a civilian he pursued education in Fire and Emergency Services and Safety and Occupational Health while serving as a Master Firefighter. Jason now serves as the Regulatory Compliance Officer for the University of Kansas Health System, and earned credentials as a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager.
